1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the game "Cars LP", you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the game.
2. License to Use
Maris Software grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the game for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the game.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You may delete your account directly in the game by going to: Main Menu → Profile Name → Delete Account

4. In-App Purchases and Virtual Items
The game may offer in-app purchases, virtual items, in-game currency, unlockable content, or other digital features.
All purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple App Store, depending on your device and platform.
We do not process payments directly and we do not store your full payment card details.
Refunds, cancellations, payment issues, and billing disputes are handled according to the policies of Google Play or Apple App Store.
Virtual items, in-game currency, and digital content have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money, unless required by applicable law.
5. Advertisements
The game may display advertisements, including ads provided by third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob.
By using the game, you understand that advertisements may be shown as part of the game experience.

6. Prohibited Behavior
You agree not to:
Use cheats, exploits, automation, or third-party software to gain unfair advantages
Attempt to access or modify the game’s servers or data
Harass or abuse other players
Use the game for unlawful purposes
Use modified versions of the game
Attempt to manipulate purchases, rewards, ads, or virtual currency
Share, sell, or transfer accounts without permission
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.
7. Termination of Accounts
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms of Use or disrupt the game experience for others.
You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maris Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the game or any part of it at any time.
We do not guarantee that the game, servers, online features, ads, purchases, or any specific content will always be available or error-free.
